Reservation Process

Reservations made ​​using the booking form. You can use either a room reservation form and select dates and number of individuals or use the search tool to find available rooms for your desired dates. The button "book now" will add the selected room at your reservations. You can add as many room bookings you like before you pay.

The next step is to select the payment method. You can pay either by credit card (VISA - MasterCard), or by bank deposit. In the case of credit card, you will be directed to the secure site (SSL 128bit) of Winbank (Piraeus Bank) where you will be prompted to enter your credit card. These figures are not disclosed to www.ermonesmare.gr, which merely informed of the successful charge of your card.

Cancellations

For reservations canceled at least 21 days before arrival, 100% of the amount will be refunded. For reservations canceled from 5 to 20 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded. In case of cancellation within a shorter time or non appearance, or if an offer is applied to your booking no amount will be refunded.
